Keto Avocado Bacon & Egg Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
2 slices of bacon
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain.
Prepare the Eggs: In the same skillet, fry the eggs in the bacon grease until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Bowl: Slice the avocado halves into thin slices and place them in a bowl. Crumble the bacon over the avocado and top with the fried eggs.
Finish and Serve: Drizzle with olive oil, and add any optional toppings like chives, cheese, or hot sauce. Serve immediately.
